SHIPPING POLICY

General information

To make sure your package is properly delivered and that you receive the package within the timeframe provided, please enter your address correctly and include all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect.
For international delivery, you cannot, under any reasons or circumstances, cancel your order after the order has been confirmed and successfully paid. And your order must be prepaid in full amount, COD or installments has yet to be applied.
Lamians does not pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders. Countries may or may not assess a fee for your package to enter the country. If it happens, please note that Lamians does not pay these fees.

Processing time

Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) to process.
After your payment is confirmed, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.

Signature required

For every order, we require a signature for delivery. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly.

Lost packages

If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit (for international delivery), we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.

Out of stock items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order and issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

Reserved rights

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our products, Lamians reserves the right to require customers using a common shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, Lamians reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from you at any time due to potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
